Before SoundGrounds, Carl was a co-founder of Acorn AV, a London-based audiovisual company he helped build over 10 years, as part of a career spanning more than two decades in AV.
Throughout his AV career, Carl worked across live events, corporate productions, installations, and technical solutions, combining creativity with engineering expertise.

Bean Counter
Coffee, community, and connection.
Bean Counter began during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to create connection and community during an uncertain time.
What started as a coffee project grew into something much bigger — becoming a local community icon through collaboration with Curious Roo Specialty Coffee.
Bean Counter represents many of the values that define SoundGrounds: bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and building something meaningful from a simple idea.
