Delete Your Persephone Account

In the app

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, without contacting us, from Profile → Delete Account inside the Persephone app. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, profile, medications, doses, cycle entries, symptoms, check-ins and health connections. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, enter the email address you signed up with below. If it matches an account, we'll send a link to confirm the deletion — this way we can be sure the request is really coming from you.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, medications, medication and dose logs, cycle and period entries, symptom and check-in logs, and any connected health-platform data. This cannot be recovered once deleted.

Deleting your Persephone account does not cancel an active App Store or Play Store subscription — that's managed by Apple or Google directly. Cancel it from your device's subscription settings (or the in-app "Manage Subscription" link before deleting) to stop future billing.
